Each year, Celtic and the leadership of our associations engage in strategic planning to review programs, policies and finances. An annual plan and budget is presented to the Board of Directors, outlining new initiatives and budget projections.

Our finance department manages budgeting, receivables/payables, credit card processing and maintenance of general ledgers to provide clear reporting on a monthly basis.

The team manages administrative duties for our client's Boards to ensure leadership can focus on the long-range planning and success of the organization.
