She partners closely with boards of directors to provide strategic support, communicate progress, and help achieve organizational goals. Under her direction, the Celtic team delivers consistent management, reporting, and results that strengthen each association’s mission and member value.

Heather is a collaborative thought partner with a passion to drive results. She manages program development, membership engagement and serves as the committee liaison.  She assists in meeting planning and dues collection.

Jacqueline embodies a cooperative mindset and is driven to achieve outcomes. Her responsibilities include overseeing program development, fostering member engagement, and serving as the link between committees. She also provides support in strategy, financial stability and membership growth.

Blair is the driving force behind operational activities, seamlessly managing everything from website updates and social media posts to handling all logistical details with precision and efficiency. 

Jessica expertly manages digital communications, AV, social and technical coordination. She ensures seamless virtual events, oversees website updates, and provides vital tech support for meetings, webinars, and digital platforms.

Mason plays a key role in supporting Celtic’s association clients through marketing, member engagement, and professional development initiatives. He assists with digital communications and coordinates virtual events and webinars to ensure a positive member experience. Mason also helps maintain website content and provides responsive support to clients, strengthening connections and fostering growth within their organizations.

Denise, a CPA, brings over 30 years of accounting experience to Celtic Associations.  She manages the day-to-day finances and all accounting functions to ensure that timely and accurate financial reports are presented to the board of directors.

Karen plans and manages events, conferences, and conventions with precision. Her laser focus on contract negotiation, logistics, and flawless execution ensures every detail is expertly handled for memorable, seamless experiences.

By collaborating with clients, Jeremy creates dialogue and stories that empower the social media team to spark interest among new members and foster connections to connect members through social channels, keeping content current and engaging. 

In partnering with clients, Jim and his team employ authenticity in brand messaging, boldness in trying new things, and creativity and discipline to ensure brand alignment through thick and thin.

Kevin has over 30 years of experience creating breakthrough ad campaigns for clients. His passion for messaging delivered with beautiful aesthetics is clear in his collection of award-winning work. 

Julie is the first smiling face that most of your members, potential members, and other contacts will speak with when calling the office. She manages member requests and assists with conference management and member applications.
