What drew you to becoming a Celt?

An association transition to Celtic. I came along when IARP decided to change management companies in 2025.

What is your favorite part about being an associate manager?

Working with the board of directors to strategically plan how they can best support their members. Also, working as a team and getting to know the people I work with.

How do you like to start your workday?

Usually with a quick review of priorities and then a meeting since I live in Phoenix and am either one or two hours behind everyone in Chicago.

What hobbies do you find yourself obsessing over?

Any home improvement. I usually have three different projects going at one time; remodel or improvement of a space or room and art – I work with all types of mediums.

Who or what inspires you the most to be the best version of you?

My family – always. It started with my parents; they set the example and now I do the same with my family.

If you were to recommend a movie, TV show, or song to someone, what would it be?

I have been listening to a lot of Teddy Swims lately. I really like the sound of his voice and the vibe and soul of his music.

What are some ways you like to bond/stay connected with your team?

I try to get to know them on a personal level, outside of work. I ask questions and try to remember important things that are happening in their lives.

What is your favorite piece of advice that you’ve ever received?

“The toilet costs less than $200.” What they were saying is that I shouldn’t overthink or obsess about things, and that I should always try to put things i

nto perspective. If you need a new toilet, really, $200 isn’t that much.

It may sound silly, but I really do think about that a lot.
